Lahore : PML-N has decided to send Nawaz Sharif to Kot Lakhpat jail in massive rally which will be starting from his residence Jati Umra and lead to Kot Lakhpat jail as his 6 weeks bail will be ended on 7th of May. 10 points were identified where Nawaz Sharif karwan will be given a memorable rosey reception. This rally would be power show from PML-N which was under great pressure since Nawaz Sharif had to left PM House due to the court verdict in Panama Case.
Maryam Nawaz will go with Nawaz Sharif to Kot Lakhpat jail and lead the rally which will be her first political activity after sentence in Al Azizia case in a few months. She had charged Party workers by confirming her presence in the rally in a tweet and asked the party workers to come to pay respect to their beloved leader Nawaz Sharif.
The newly elected president of party’s Punjab chapter , Rana Sanaullah Khan and other leaders have appealed the party workers to give a historic reception to Nawaz Sharif . District administration has asked the PML-N leadership to refrain from organizing a rally and revealed them about security threats but this advice was dismissed by the party leadership.
Jail authorities have said that they will not take any prisoner after 6pm whereas Nawaz Sharif has a plan to go to jail after iftari at home .
It would be unique example in the political history of the country when a prisoner (Nawaz Sharif) will go to jail in a rally , may be it had never happened in the world politics.
