Lahore : Lahore High Court has stopped NAB to arrest Hamza Shahbaz till further orders.
Today ; LHC division bench led by Mr justice Shahzad Malik heard the petition of Hamza Shahbaz for interim bail. The petitioner’s lawyer said that NAB tried to arrest Hamza Shahbaz unlawfully despite the orders of the honourable court , Hamza all the time joined in investigations ,NAB has nothing against him.
The NAB prosecutor pleaded that Supreme court has given judgment that NAB may arrest any accused without serving any prior notice on the basis on sufficient evidence that’s why NAB wanted to arrest Hamza Shahbaz.
The court sought evidences from NAB and directed to submit its report in the court and granted bail to Hamza Shahbaz for 10 days and postponed the hearing till next date.
