Government plans to squeeze more the common man

Lahore : The government has decided to squeeze more the common man to bring them in tax net in order to please the Lords of IMF.

This time every man who does not fall in income tax net and is a non-filer,has to pay Rs 150 withholding tax on withdrawal of Rs 25 thousands from banks . Previously , this amount was 50 thousands . A notification has been issued in this regard which would be promulgated with immediate effect.

It was also decided that the non-filer would not be allowed to buy any imported car and a house or plot valued more than 5 millions.
