Lahore : Lahore High Court has ordered that Shahbaz Sharif to be removed from Exit Control List.
The division bench headed by Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan heard the case.
Shahbaz Sharif has challenged the government decision of adding his name into ECL list.
Shahbaz Sharif’s lawyer argued that Shahbaz Sharif appeared before NAB when ever he was called to appear so there was no justification to put his name in ECL.His name was included in ECL unlawfully after Lahore High Court granted him bail.
NAB prosecutor while opposing said that NAB inquring Shahbaz Sharif assets beyond means since 23rd of October 2018. He should approach to right forum for deleting his name from ECL.
