PTI Bahawalpur division President Farzand Ali Goheer tortured the owner of petrol pump

Lahore : PTI Bahawalpur division President Mian Farzand Ali Goheer tortured the owner of a petrol pump owner and later registered FIR against him.

The petrol pump owner Hafiz Mehmood provide CCTV footage to Police of the incident and filed application for FIR but police did not lodge FIR on his complaint.

Mian Farzand claimed that Hafiz Mehmood had occupied the public place by making shed and was not ready to remove it.
