Zeshan has no criminal record : ACS Homes Fazeel Asghar

Lahore : Additional Chief Secretary Homes Capt (R)Fazeel Asghar has admitted that Zeshan had no criminal record , CTD had not even his picture before killing along with Khalil ,his wife and daughter in Sahiwal. He confessed that CTD officials were unaware that whom they were killing as they have only info that suspected terrorist travelling in the said car.

Briefing the senior journalists here at CM Punjab office 90 The Mall , ACS Homes Fazeel Asghar claimed that Zeshan had contacts with the terrorists , his under used car was owned by athe killed terrorist Adeel , he had a selfie with a terrorist and communication , all that info came to the knowledge of CTD upon checking Zeshan mobile phone
after his killing .

The senior officer of Punjab Bureaucracy said that it was all ill planned operation , the CTD should get info that how many people were travelling in the car by surveillance , getting CCTV footage from Toll plaza. They people could be arrested alive as there was no retaliation after car was intercepted near Qadirpur , he did not know who and why ordered to shoot at sight , JIT will sort out it , he maintained.

He said Khalil ,his wife and the daughter were martyred and the government will bear all the expanse of Khalil’s kids till they reach to the age of 18th years.

Fazeel Asghar said it was all lie and rubbish stated in the press release issued from IG office that a few motorist managed to escape after encounter ,weapons, hand grenades and suicide jacket were recovered from the car . There was nothing like that and the officers who issued this release should be punished , ACS Homes suggested.

Fazeel Asghar tried his level best to establish link of killed Zeshan with the terrorists but he failed to satisfied the journalists and could not answered all the questions asked in this regard. He has to accept that Zeshan never commit any crime despite having contacts with the terrorist and should not be killed , if a captured alive it would have been more useful to break the Daesh in the province.
