PSCA COO and MD refused to payback additional salary amount

Lahore : The Chief Operating Officer Punjab Safe City Authority Akbar Nasir Khan and MD Ali Amir Malik has refused Supreme Court to pay back additional amount received as salary.

Today , NAB submitted its report that 45 officers have returned the additional money received as salary whereas 19 officers refused to pay back the additional money. NAB has collected 32 crore and 30 lakhs out of 43 crore 80 lakhs which was paid to officers as salary.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr Justice Saqib Nisar expressed displeasure upon MD PSCA Ali Amir Malik who refused to return additional amount and said that you are officer of 21 grade and your salary should be around 150 to 200 thousands but you received 6.5lakh as a salary which is unfair to the country.

During the proceeding ; COO PSCA Akbar Nasir Khan appeared before the court and refused to return additional amount received as salary.

The court warned them to return the amount otherwise get ready to face the result.
