Shahbaz Sharif arrested in Ramzan Sugar mills case

Lahore : Already on physical remand in Ayshina Housing Scheme oposition leader Shahbaz Sharif has been formally declared arrested in Ramzan Sugar mills case. He was produced in the court after completion of 34 days remand . NAB demanded 15 days remand to further investigate the matter but could not present any concrete evidence about his involvement on the objection of the lawyer of the accused.

During the proceeding NAB informed the court that Shahbaz Sharif has been also formally arrested today in Ramzan Sugar mills case.

DG NAB Lahore Saleem Shahzad had revealed about this case 2 days before during interviews on TV channels.

Maryam Aurangzeb has alleged that politics being tried to control through NAB.

Later ; the court granted 14 days remand of Shahbaz Sharif in Ayshina Housing Scheme case.
