Justice Shokat Aziz Sidiqi removed

Lahore : President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi has issued the orders to remove Justice Shokat Aziz Sidiqi by accepting the recommendations of Supreme Judicial Council . A notification has been issued in this regard.

Supreme Judicial Council has found Justice Shokat Aziz Sidiqi guilty of misconduct in his address to Rawalpindi/Islamabad Bar in which he criticized ISI on approaching for making benches and  recommended his removal as a judge of Islamabad High Court.The recommendations sent on Thursday and after a few hours President issued orders on it.
