Begum Kalsoom Nawaz laid to rest at Jati Umra

Lahore : Former first lady Begum Kalsoom Nawaz has been laid to rest at Jati Umra. A very big crowd of people from all walks of life attended the funeral prayer led by Molana Tariq Jameel. Former president Mamnoon Hussain , Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani , President AJK Raja Farooq Haider, Mushahid Hussain Syed, Rana Tanveer , Barjees Tahir , Kh Saad Rafiq , Ayaz Sadiq, Mushahid Ullah Khan, speaker Asad Qaisar , Deputy speaker , Ch Shujaat Hussain , Gulam Ahmad Bilour, Khursheed Shah and many others attended the funeral prayer.

The police has delibrately cordoned off Jati Umra miles before so minimum people could attend the funeral. The roads lead to the residence of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif were closed for traffic at 5 KM distance which was a great problem for old and patients .This act on the of security also created traffic mess too.

The funeral was attended by almost all political parties leadership.
