Supreme Court restores Kh Asif

Lahore : The Supreme Court of Pakistan has restored former foreign minister Kh Muhammad Asif by ending his disqualification. Kh Muhammad Asif had filed review petition against Islamabad High Court decision about his disqualification stating that he never hid his Aqama and income so his disqualification decision was a beyond justice .

The Supreme Court bench headed by heard the arguments of the lawyers , reviewed the facts and announced its judgement.

Kh Asif has thanked almighty Allah on this judgement whereas his opponent Usman Dar said that now the court of people will decide the fate of Kh Asif.
