Kh Asif seek relief from the Apex court

Lahore : Firmer federal minister for foreign affairs Kh Asif has challenged Islamabad High Court decision of his disqualification in Supreme Court of Pakistan , seeking relief for his restoration.

In his petition, the PML-N leader said that he had mentioned his Aqama and foreign income in the assets but mistakenly could not mentioned an inactive bank account.

The court suspend the orders of Islamabad High Court about his disqualification and direct ECP to withdraw his notification, Kh Asif prayed in his apeal .
