DIG Ahmad Arslan Malik assumed the charge of Zonal Commander

Lahore:  DIG Ahmad Arslan Malik has assumed the charge of Zonal Commander N-5, Central Zone on Wednesday.

Earlier, he had served on various senior posts of police department in Punjab Police, AIG Development CPO Punjab, FIA NH&MP and IB.

DIG Ahmad Arslan Malik is known as professional, hardworking, dedicated and honest police officer in Police Service of Pakistan.

After assuming the charge, Ahmad Arslan Malik called the first meeting with his subordinates and discussed the road safety issues and security situation in the Zone. He said that his office is always open for the public and subordinates. Lethargic attitude of officers would not be tolerated, he said.

He said police officials were protectors of lives and property of road users. He urged the police officers to focus their attention on road safety.

DIG Ahmad Arslan Malik asked on field officers to work with dedication in order to achieved best standards of road safety, reduction in accidents and provision of quality help to road users.
