Islamabad High Court recommends extension to ACT judge Muhammad Bashir

Lahore : Chief Justice Islamabad High Court has recommended extension of services of Anti Terrorist Court Judge Muhammad Bashir who is hearing the most important cases of Panama Leaks against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, MNA Capt Muhammad Safdar and his wife Maryam Nawaz. The other 2 accused Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz has been declared absconders on not appearing before the court.

The judge Muhammad Bashir supposed to retire on 12th of February after completing his second term of 3years .
