Lahore : Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif went to Astana Alia Sial Sharif in Sargodha today and held meeting with Sajada nasheen Pir Hamid-ud-Din Sialvi. After the meeting, he talked with the media persons along with Pir Hamid-ud-Din Sialvi and said that agitation movement has been scrapped by Sialvi Sahib upon his request; however, peaceful Seerat-ul-Nabi (Peace Be Upon Him) and Khatam-e-Nabuwat (Peace Be Upon Him) Conferences will be held and every Muslim should take part in them.
He said that finality of the Prophethood (Peace Be Upon Him) is the fundamental part of our faith and our religious belief is incomplete without it. We all have fullest and unwavering trust and faith over the finality of the Prophethood (Peace Be Upon Him). Qadyanis are outside the ambit of Islam and there is no other opinion about it. The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is also very clear about it.
He said that he has come to Sial Sharif to meet with Pir Hamid-ud-Din Sialvi. He said that a committee has been constituted to deal with all the issues and matters and the maiden session of this committee will be held in Lahore next week.
Replying to a question, the Chief Minister said that he was eager to come here, however, everything is scheduled. Replying to another question, the Chief Minister said that he has an affectionate relationship with Pir Hamid-ud-Din Sialvi which is based on love and kindness.
However, some political opponents and religious segments tried to create differences between us. Upon my request, Pir Hamid-ud-Din Sialvi has announced to cancel the agitation movement.
Replying to another question, Shahbaz Sharif said that the resignations are now withdrawn. He said that he and his family have a long-lasting relationship with the family of Sial Sharif and the religious services of Sial Sharif are unforgettable.
Earlier, meeting was held between Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Pir Hamid-ud-Din Sialvi in which it was agreed upon to constitute a committee for dealing with all the matters.
Talking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that PML-N government has resolute conviction over the belief of finality of Prophethood (Peace Be Upon Him). We have expressed our heartfelt attachment with the belief of finality of Prophethood (Peace Be Upon Him) at every occasion.
It is the fundamental part of our religious faith and every Muslim is ready to sacrifice his life for the cause of Namoos-e-Risalat (Peace Be Upon Him).
Ghulam Bibi Bharwana, Maulana Rehmat Ullah, Nizam-ud-Din Sialvi and other personalities were also present on the occasion.
