Chief Justice of Pakistan orders to remove barriers from Hamza Shahbaz residence

Lahore : Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar has ordered to remove barriers from Hamza Shahbaz residence , the court said if he has any threat than he change residence , I am CJP but there is no barriers outside my residence .

The CJP reprimanded Chief Secretary Punjab Capt (R) Zahid Saeed on not acting upon the orders of the court and asked why barriers were not removed from Hamza Shahbaz residence. The court was apprised that the gate was removed which was used to close the road and now only barriers were there as Hamza Shahbaz is on terrorists hit list .

The Chief Justice inquired that who is Hamza Shahbaz ? I do not know any Hamza Shahbaz , than the chief secretary told the court that Hamza Shahbaz is sitting MNA and the son of chief minister Punjab.

The CJP gave remarks that why not these people go in safe place where they would not have any threat ,he directed to remove barriers and said I will visit myself in a private car to verify the implementations of court orders .
