Bipolar Turp treatment start at LGH

According to the details this machine worth costing Rs.30 lacs has been donates for the Lahore General Hospital with the special efforts of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nazir who has completed 4 successful operation through this system already and patients have fully recovered.

Principal Post Graduate Medical Institute Prof. Dr. Ghias un Nabi Tayyab expressed satisfaction and said that this Bipolar Turp would be low cost and more beneficial for the patients as it was costing around rupees three lac in the private sector while in General Hospital it would be almost free of cost.

He lauded the efforts of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nazir and said that in LGH many achievements have been made in different sectors and maximum medical facilities were being provided to the patients not only from Lahore District but from all over the Punjab.

Prof. Dr. Ghias un Nabi Tayyab praised the person who donated this Rs.30 Lac’s machine for the betterment of common man and which would be helpful for thousands of families.

Talking in this regard, Professor of Urology Dr. Muhammad Nazir said that this treatment would be ray of hope for the patients. He said that Lahore General Hospital has maintained the tradition of innovation and now in this treatment of Prostate not only minimum blood would be wasted but the patient would also be free within 24 hours to go home.

He expressed determination that efforts would continue to further provide best possible facilities to the people visiting Lahore General Hospital.
