Naseer Bhutta resigns as a chief commissioner

Lahore : The chief commissioner of Punjab information commission Naseer Bhutta advocate has resigned. He was appointed chief commissioner on October 17 for three years but he could not complete one month of his term.

Naseer Bhutta appointment was challenged in Lahore High Court , alleging a political appointment. The Court summoned the parties to appear on November 14 for hearing.

Naseer Bhutta also hold the office of President PML-N lawyers wing.
