Brigadier (R) Aslam Hayat Qureshi laid to rest

Lahore : Pakistan Muslim League senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Pervaiz Elahi attended funeral prayer of Brigadier (R) Aslam Hayat Qureshi here today (Saturday).

Ch Pervaiz Elahi offered condolences to bereaved family and also offered “fateha”.

G. M. Sikander, Deputy Mayor Mian Tariq, Haseeb Pasha, politicians, journalists and a large number of people from all walks of life attended the funeral prayer.

Meanwhile ; Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed grief and sorrow over the death of former Chief Secretary Punjab Brigadier (R) Aslam Hayat Qureshi.

In his condolence message, he conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family. He said may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in the eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family.
