Punjab Cabinet pays tribute to former PM Nawaz Sharif

Lahore : The text of the resolution unanimously approved in the meeting of the Punjab Cabinet that held today with Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif in the chair:

“The meeting of the Cabinet under the chair of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif pays tributes to the services of leader of Muslim League-N and former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif for the people and country. This meeting is of the opinion that these services of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will live forever in the history.

This meeting of the cabinet considers it especially important to pay tributes to the heroic steps of the former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif which he has undertaken to make Pakistan impregnable through atomic explosions and later on relieved the country of the menace of terrorism, launched CPEC and overcome the energy crisis.

Representing the sentiments of crores of the people of Punjab, this meeting also considers it important to state that the leader of Pakistan Muslim League-N lives in the hearts of the people of Punjab and the people have always followed Nawaz Sharif.

After relinquishing the post of the Prime Minister, his historic reception is a proof of immortal love in the hearts of the people of Punjab for Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

This meeting of the cabinet assures to the former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on behalf of the people of punjab that we shall leave no stone unturned for safeguarding the principles of supremacy of the constitution, development of Pakistan and public welfare that you have always followed.”
