Senator Ishaq Dar may rejoin federal cabinet as finance minister

Lahore : PML-N is mulling seriously for the induction of Senator Ishaq Dar as a federal minister for finance, in the new cabinet being formed under the premiership of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.

The sources revealed that the apex court had not disqualified Ishaq Dar and ordered NAB to file reference against him as his assets and income did not match.

Ishaq Dar is still senator and opposition leader in Senate. His tenure will end in March 2018.
