A lady officer posted as SHO after 19 years

Lahore : A lady police officer has been posted as SHO in male functioned police station after 19 years to bring change in Thana Culture here in metropolis.

Sub-Inspector Ghazala Sharif was posted as SHO Rangmahal, she was the first lady SHO of the said police station whereas some 19 years ago in 1998 , a lady SI Bushra was posted as SHO in Mastigate police station.

Meanwhile ; DIG Ops Dr Haider Ashraf has issued transfer and posting orders of 7 SHOs. According to the notification ,SI Nabila Kosar to SHO women police station, Race Course , Inspector Mudassar Ullah to Factory Area , Akmal Khalid to Nawankot , Malik Taimor to Sanda ,Nishat Ali from Badami Bagh to SHO Mughalpura vice Ehsan Ullah who was transferred to police lines,SHO Wahdat Colony Babar Shokat is transferred to police lines.
