Lahore : Hamza Shahbaz MNA has said that the agony of the entire nation is common and these moments are of difficulty and sorrow. It is very easy to politicize in these circumstances but politics cannot be done over the blood of martyrs.
Hamza Shahbaz said that terrorists have been defeated though Zarb-e-Azab and successful strategy against terrorism and expressed the hope that the entire nation will fight against terrorism unitedly and the country will win the war against terrorism.
Talking to the media after enquiring the wellbeing of injured persons of Charing Cross blast at Mayo Hospital here today, Hamza Shahbaz said that those trying to creating anarchy in these conditions should mend their ways. He said that Pakistani nation has not given up in the war continuing for the last many decades. He said that we have overcome the difficult situation to a large extent and the remaining elements of terrorists will also be eliminated.
Hamza Shehbaz said that we are with our army, rangers and police and equally share the grief of the affectees of this tragedy. He expressed resolve that the culprits engaged in criminal activities against Pakistan will be taken to task and the terrorists will be brought out of their hideouts. He said that this pain is of those mothers whose sons have been martyred in this blast. He paid homage to dutiful officers like Captain Mobeen and Zahid Gondal who laid down their lives during the performance of their duties.
Hamza Shahbaz told that at the time of explosion, he was only a few yards away and witnessed this tragic scene from a roof. He said that despite the nation is in the state of war, people of Pakistan are fully encouraged to cope with such a situation.
Earlier, Hamza Shahbaz enquired after injured persons at Mayo Hospital. He went to every patient, consoled him and asked about his health. He also sought information from hospital administration about the patients and directed to provide best treatment facilities to them.
