Ban on Basant will stay : Shahbaz Sharif

Lahore : Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that there is a complete ban on Basant and it will stay. He said nobody will be allowed to play with the lives of the people in the name of Basant.

He said strict implementation of the law prohibiting kite-flying should be ensured and indiscriminate action be taken against violators of this ban.

He said the concerning DPO will be held responsible if the ban on kite-flying is violated. Shahbaz Sharif said the interest of the people of Punjab is always more important for him.
