Lady Willingdon Hospital would be made a model hospital : Dr. Zia Ullah Cheema

Lahore : Medical Superintendent Lady Willingdon Hospital Dr. Zia Ullah Cheema has said that all available resources would be utilized in  order to ensure medical facilities of international standard for maternal and child health care at Lady willingdon Hospital. He stressed upon doctors, nurses and paramedics to play their vital role with dedication and devotion for better care of patients.

He expressed these views while presiding over a meeting of administrative doctors held in connection with improving administration of the hospital.

The meeting was attended by AMS, DMS,Nursing administration and sanitary Inspectors. Dr. Zia Ulla Cheema directed the administrative doctors and Nursing Superintendent to discourage the staff and nurses to come at administrative offices
during duty hours and ask them to come there only during the times separately fixed for morning, evening and night shifts.

Dr Zia warned that in case an application of some staff is remained pending even
after five days, the responsible in-charge and clerk would have to face action. He said that quality of ongoing development projects would never be compromised and in case of delay, concerned contractor would be black listed.

Dr Zia also warned the staff that absence from duty, violation of discipline and misbehavior with patients would not be tolerated at any cast.
