The golf team of PRA wins inter departmental golf tournament Rivalry Cup

Lahore : The golf team of Punjab Revenue Authority participated in inter departmental golf tournament Rivalry Cup held at Karachi on 21-11-2016. Eighteen teams from different departments took part in the competition. Mr. Kamran Khan, a junior official of PRA in eighteen holes games played excellent and defeated the closest opponent by a wide margin of 8 points.

Chairman PRA, Dr. Raheal Ahmad Siddiqui appreciated the victory of the team and said that promotion of sports is one of the areas that are closer to his heart.

Chairman Punjab Revenue Authority Dr. Raheel Ahmed Siddiqui has said that besides record increase in sales tax receipts through innovation in tax culture, PRA is also playing its due role in the promotion of sports. He said that new traditions are being set of interprovincial relations between government and semi-government departments.

He expressed these views while talking here today to the winning team which won Rivalry Cup Inter-departmental Golf Tournament arranged by Sindh Golf Association in Karachi.

Dr. Raheel Ahmed Siddiqui said that victory of Punjab Revenue Authority in the competition between more than 18 departments is a big achievement.

Raheel Ahmed Siddique appreciated the performance of Jaffar Khan and Muhammad Kamran and encouraged them for winning the trophy for Punjab Revenue Authority.
