Such students who have successfully qualified for admission in new session of Ameer Ud Din Medical College should now work hard to develop their reputation as good researchers and capable doctors so as to earn good name for their institution.
This was expressed by Prof. Ghias un Nabi Tayyib, Principal Post Graduate Medical Institute while addressing a function held in honor of 100 new students who have joined fifth batch at Ameer ud Din Medical College, here today. The event was attended by faculty members, MS LGH Dr. Ghulam Sabar, Additional Dean Dr. Bushra Suhail, students and their parents.
Prof. Ghias un Nabi Tayyib stressed upon students to serve ailing humanity selflessly and with dedication. He said that doctors are entitled to heal the diseased and sick human beings by virtue of God blessings. He said that there is dearth of competent and good doctors which will be covered by doctors of Ameer ud Din Medical College. He said that CM Punjab has taken revolutionary steps to improve medical facilities throughout the province. He also hoped that Ameer ud Din Medical College would be a great asset in medical profession to cater for the future needs, not only for Lahore but for whole of the province.
Prof. Ghias un Nabi Tayyib further said that all modern machinery and equipment is available in AMC to help out students in their research work. Students of AMC keep themselves aware with the day to day advancements happening in medical field. These students are lucky enough to have such teachers who are specialized in their specific medical areas and subjects. They are imparting medical education not only in Pakistan but also at abroad. He expressed the hope that doctors of AMC would contribute great services to nation in coming future.
