DIG Ops recommends Pakistan Police Medal for SHO South Cantt

Lahore : DIG Operations Lahore Dr Haider Ashraf appreciated SHO South Cantt for bravery act and recommended Pakistan Police Medal for him.

SHO South Cantt received telephonic information from Military Police that a suicide bomber is present in front of 11 Div HQ tufail road, armed with a suicide jacket and a machete in his hand who had already injured an army man.

On this info SHO immediately reached at the spot. Army officers and jawans were holding cordon there.

SHO South Cantt Inspector Qamar Abbas C/526 with his gunman constable khurram zaka ullah 4392/c engaged that so suspected suicide in conversation but he was in mad situation.

SHO south cantt with his gunman tried to catch that person who tried to attack on head of SHO with chopper but SHO bravely controlled his chopper hand and gunman catched that man’s head with long stick and both after a hard struggle arrested that suicider and his chopper took in custody.

SHO South Cantt played death risk to arrest the man bravely with the help of his gunman .The courageously & intelligently handling of SHO South Cantt is highly commendable.

The accused name is Nisar khan s/o Muhammad sher caste joya  r/o village roda disst khushab aged 65 years.
