DG ACE orders for the arrest of Ex-ADC Kasur Amir Aqiq and other accused in land scam

Lahore : Director General Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab Brig. ® Muzafar Ali Ranjha has issued directions to arrest 9 accused including Ex-ADC Kasur Amir Aqiq, Naib Tehisldar Syed Shahbaz Ali Shah, Girdawar Arif Ali Qadri and Patwaries Pervaiz and Abdul Jalil in a case of forge allotment of 1205 kanal of land to the in laws of Ex-ADC Kasur Amir Aqiq.

DG Anti corruption issued directions after cancellation of interim bails of the accused from Lahore High Court today. Anti Corruption Lahore Region has constituted special teams and raids are being conducted to arrest the accused.

According to the details, Ex-ADC Kasur Amir Aqiq, Naib Tehsildar Syed Shahbaz Ali Shah, Girdawar Arif Ali Qadri and Patwaries Pervaiz and Abdul Jalil, Muhammad Aslam, Salman Munawar Manj, Abdul Riaz and Ibrahim Khalid got interim bails from Lahore High Court challenging orders of the Special Judge Anti-Corruption Punjab.

Lahore High Court in its orders canceled interim bails of all the accused today and DG Anti-Corruption Punjab directed Director ACE Lahore Region to immediately arrest the accused after Lahore High Court orders.

Regional Director ACE Lahore has constituted special teams under the supervision of Assistant Director ACE Umer Maqbool which have started conducting raids for the arrest of the accused.
