Lahore : Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman’s advisor Dr Yasmin Rashid has lambasted the Punjab government for callously spending health and education budget on Orange Line Metro Train project. The flight of health and education budget has created massive problems for the masses across the province.
She said the corrupt rulers had established monarchism in the country under the garb of democracy and added that the Nawaz Sharif become become a threat for democracy.
In meetings with different party workers’ delegations at her office on Tuesday, Dr Yasmin Rashid said the masses would shutdown Islamabad on November 2 and hold the rulers accountable. She said the incumbent rulers were desecrating the morals of democracy besides dysfunctioning the state institutions. She said the corrupt rulers’ wealth was lying on foreign lands and here NAB, FBR and other institutions had become hub of corruption.
Dr Yasmin Rashid said the rulers were accused for bad governance, though they were crying hoarse that they were champions of good governance. She said the time had come that masses should reach Islamabad on November 2 and hold the rulers accountable.
