All “political” eyes are set upon the Apex Court

Lahore : All rival,allied,opposition and ruling political parties and some non-political forces are looking towards the apex court for the achievement of their designed goals.

Every opposition party is declaring current six weeks very a crucial for some big changes but their mentors eyes also set upon the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

The COAS General Rahil Sharif was not interested in contract job but his body language was not supporting that he would go home,a senior politician claimed while commenting upon the current situation.He revealed a quote in quote dialogue “if Martial Law would be imposed than people would forget the Ayub Khan’s Martial Law”. This option for change would not be acceptable for leading political parties but it could not be overruled,he maintained.

The veteran politician claimed the judiciary role would be very important because the legal fraternity would be the first force to legitimize or oppose the new system.The judiciary was the only institution that could mend the way for ” Technocrat Government” ,he added.

Third Option was the in-house change which badly flopped,he maintained.

Now the reference about corruption in Supreme Court and Assets hiding case of PM Nawaz Sharif family in Election Commission of Pakistan were the final hope for the opposition parties and their mentors.

While commenting ,former prime minister Ch Shujaat Hussain said that a  judge becomes a new man after becoming the Chief Justice and a general becomes a different man after becoming the Chief of Army Staff. He said the selection of New Army Chief would be a test case for the incumbent government which would draw a new dimensions for the political setup.

PTI’s central secretary information Naeem ul Haq said that their movement was for to charge the workers for expected early elections and to build pressure upon the government.We know that PM Nawaz Sharif would not resign even hundred of thousands of people come on the roads but he may announce early elections as his election campaign is going on in shape of development projects.We are behind and trying to overcome our deficiency to give tough time in next elections, he added.

Naeem ul Haq claimed that PTI would focus in Karachi to benefit the situation as Dr Farooq Sattar could not win his own seat without the vote bank of the party founder, Mustafa Kamal was not able to do something more , so the PTI remained the good choice for the Mohajir Community.He also said that only the apex court or ECP could give a big breakthrough in the political system of the country by deciding the case of Sharif Family in next few weeks.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif body language is also commendable,he is busy is launching development projects and first time he lashed a politician from Rawalpindi who was giving dates for the pack up of PML-N rule.

The army chief’s tenure,new seniority list of the generals and decisions upon corruption case and assets hiding references decisions were expected to be announced in next few weeks so eyes are set upon the apex court.
