Open balloting ceremony for PGSHF to be conducted on August 19

PGSHFLahore : Open balloting ceremony for the allotment of 504 plots of Punjab Government Servants  Housing Foundation’s Housing Scheme being completed at Adyala Road, near Gulshan-e-ABAD Scheme will be conducted on August 19, 2016 at 10 am in the “Liberty Castle Hall”, Main Boulevard, Gulberg Lahore. The ceremony will be attended by all those retired government officers and officials who had opted for allotment of plot to them in Rawalpindi as their first priority.

This was decided in the meeting of House Allocation Committee of Punjab Government Servants  Housing Foundation held here at Civil Secretariat Lahore.

Additional Chief Secretary Punjab Shamail Ahmad Khawaja presided over the meeting while MD, Punjab Government Servants  Housing Foundation Dr. Pervaiz Ahmad Khan, Director General Hafiz Muhammad Ilyas, Member Board of Revenue Altaf Aizad Khan, Secretary Housing and Urban Development Khurram Agha, Special Secretary C&W Khalid Mehmood and other members of the House Allocation Committee participated in the meeting. Chairman of the Committee, ACS Punjab Shamail Ahmad Khawaja was informed during the meeting that the balloting for the first phase of Punjab Government Servants  Housing Foundation’s Rawalpindi based scheme was held last year in June in which 1154 plots were allocated to the members.

In the second phase of the scheme, open draw for 504 plots of one kanal, 10 marlas, 7 marlas and 5 marlas will be transparently held in Lahore on August 19 this year by Punjab Information Technology Board while the balloting for the third phase of the scheme will be conducted next year in June.
