PML-N files Imran KHan’s disqualification petition

Lahore : A delegation of members of National Assembly from Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) met Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in his Chamber at Parliament House today.

The Members of the Delegation submitted a Reference to Speaker National Assembly under Article 62 & 63 Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan for disqualification of Imran Khan, MNA from the National Assembly seat.

The delegation comprising MNAs Muhammad Talal Chaudhry, Danyal Aziz, Mohsin Nawaz Ranjha, Ch. Muhammad Hamid Hameed, Nadeem Abbas, Syed Muhammad Ashiq Hussain Shah, Muhammad Khan Daha and Main Abdul Mannan. The members of delegation sought Speaker’s decision on disqualification of Imran Khan.

In his remarks the Speaker assured the members that decision on the reference will be taken according to Constitution and Rules.
