The renowned psychologist motivates motorway police officers

Lahore : In order to improve the communication skills and enhancement of courtesy and politeness of the field patrolling officer, motivational workshop on behavioral change in dealing with commuters and violators were organized in Police Line, Okara by National Highways & Motorway Police, Central Zone.

The renowned psychologist and socialist Dr Muhammad Arif Sadiq delivered a motivational lecture for improve the professionalism among motorway police officers. Sector Commander/SSP Masroor Alam Kolachi was also present on the occasion.

On this socialist Dr Muhammad Arif Sadiq said generating increased productivity and stimulating individual motivation are constant processes that leaders in any career field always can improve.

He also highlighted the importance of courtesy, politeness, and positive behavioral change towards duties. Motivation that can help administrators facilitate increased productivity, and some results may seem surprising, he added.
