DIG Mirza Faran Baig distributes special gifts among road users

Lahore : The DIG NH&MP, Central Zone Mirza Faran Baig said the supreme sacrifices, rendered by the Shuhada of the NH&MP, are a glorious chapter of our history. ‘Shaheeds’ are our heroes and benefactor of the nation. He passed these remarks, while visiting the families of Shuhada and presenting special gifts on the eve of Eid. The SSP Masroor Alam Kolachi, families of Shuhada and patrolling officers were also present on the occasion.

The DIG Mirza Faran Biag said we must look after families of Shuhada.  We are duty bound to look after their families. The department would provide maximum support and protection to the families of martyred Police Officers, he added. DIG distributed special gift hampers among the families of Shuhda .He said different steps would be  taken to elevate the morale of police officers and their families.

Later, DIG Mirza Faran Baig supervised the camp during which special gifts and road safety pamphlets and brochures printed were distributed among the commuters and motorists at Guidance, Center, and Lahore. He personally distributed Flowers and gift hampers  with the aim to share the happiness of Eid and strengthen public and police relationship. DIG also participated in Iftar Dinner, Bara Khana (Grand Dinner) with Motorway Police Officers at line head quarter, Lahore.
