24 SHO and 36 Incharge Investigation’s seniority refixed

Lahore : At least 24 SHOs and 36 Incharge Investigation’s seniority has been refixed in lieu of the orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.The effected officers of Lahore Police have also been made OSD and the vacant posts would be filled on Monday after a series of interviews by the concerned heads of the both wings.

All the SHOs who were made OSD on the basis of out of turn promotion,were called at DIG ops office.It was said many SHOs were made HC and Constables too , whereas number of the officers were demoted to atleast one rank to their present ranks. 15 SHOs were demoted to the rank of Sub-Inspector from the rank of Inspector including SHO Akbari Gate Zahid Shah,SHO Shahdara Town Javaid Gujjar,SHO Shadbagh Mudassar Ullah Khan, SHO Mughalpura Zaheer ud Din Babar,SHO South Cantt Qamar Abbas, SHO Kahna Ehsan Ashraf Butt,SHO Iqbal Town Ch Muhammad Sarwar.

SHO Yakki Gate Abid Mukhtar ,SHO Mochi Gate Arshad Mehmood,SHO Lorri Ada Sharafat Ali ,SHO Mozang Asim Majeed, SHO Sanda Khalid Farooq and SHO Ladies Police Station Race Course Bushra Aziz were made constables.
