Shahbaz Sharif greets the nation on successful bypass surgery of PM Nawaz Sharif

Shahbaz SharifLahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has congratulated Pakistani nation on successful bypass surgery of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in London today. He said that due to blessings of Allah Almighty and prayers of the nation, all the phases of the surgery of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif have completed successfully and he is well.

He thanked mothers, sisters, daughters, youth and elders of the nation who prayed day and night for successful operation of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. He said that successful operation of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is a good news for the nation and expressed the hope that Prime Minister will recover soon and will be among the people and return to the country according to the directions of the doctors. Shahbaz Sharif said that doctors have termed bypass operation of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif successful and he is thankful to crores of Pakistanis on his behalf and on behalf of his family who offered prayers for successful operation of Prime Minister. He said that we are thankful to Allah Almighty on this occasion. After successful surgery, Prime Minister is recovering fast and is well. He said that Pakistanis and Muslim brethren from Makkah Mukarma, Madina Munawara, other cities of Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UAE, Qatar and other Islamic countries also expressed good wishes for successful operation and health of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and offered special prayers for which he is thankful to them.Prime Minsiter Muhammad Nawaz Sharif undergoes successful surgery

The Chief Minister further stated that he is also thankful to lakhs of Pakistanis living in Britain who prayed for the recovery of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He said that when the news about the heart problem of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif came to the surface the whole Pakistani nation become united and crores of Pakistanis expressed sentiments of sympathy, prayed for him and expressed their solidarity.

In response to a question, the Chief Minister said that he is thankful to the political leadership and all segments of the society for their sentiments of sympathy and good wishes to Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and it is a time when the whole nation is united and this spirit of unity and solidarity should be maintained. He said that the bitterness of the past should be set aside and collective efforts should be made for the service to the nation.

Replying to another question, the Chief Minister said that the operation of Nawaz Sharif has been successful and he is now in ICU. He expressed the hope that Nawaz Sharif will recover soon and instructions of doctors will be followed with regard to his return to the country. He said that morale of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif was very high in the meeting of Economic Coordination Committee and federal cabinet and he also gave the message of hope to the nation through media.

Shahbaz Sharif also made an appeal to media that as the Prime Minister is in a busy hospital and their attendants there are patients therefore rush in the hospital should be avoided. He said that a regular bulletin will be issued with regard to health of Prime Minister and will also be given to media.

The Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif before the heart surgery of Nawaz Sharif in London, expressed good wishes for the Prime Minister in a statement. He said that the whole nation is praying for the health of the Prime Minister. He said that with the blessings of Allah and prayers of the nation, Prime Minister will soon recover and continue to serve the nation. He said that there is a need of prayers of the nation for the successful operation and recovery of Prime Minister and mothers, sisters, daughters and elders are requested to pray for the success of the operation.
