Nawaz Sharif express gratitude to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Lahore: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday telephoned Prime Minister Narendra Modi and expressed gratitude to the Indian Prime Minister for wishing him a speedy recovery.

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to undergo heart surgery at a local hospital in London Tuesday morning.

A number of world leaders had wished the Prime Minister health and a quick recovery.

Prime Minister Sharif in his telephone to Indian Prime Minister Modi thanked him for his best wishes for his upcoming operation and wishes for a speedy recovery, a statement from the Foreign Office said.
