PM Nawaz Sharif chairs meeting on law and order

Lahore: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Tuesday chaired a meeting pertaining to the law and order situation here at the PM House.

The meeting was attended by Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan, Director General ISI Lt. Gen. Rizwan Akhtar Khan, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and senior officials.

Issues pertaining to national and internal security were discussed during the meeting. According to a press release issued by the PM’s Media Office, the meeting reviewed progress of operation Zarb e Azb and return of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in detail.
