Old enmity claims two lives in Mandi Bahauddin

Mandi Bahauddin (Sher Gondal) : Old enmity claims two lives. According to details Munir Shah and Asghar Shah were shot dead on Tuesday morning near Qila Atar Singh in precincts of Phalia police by unknown persons.

Both deceased belonged to Murala village and were going to appear in Phalia Courts in connection with a murder case. After the incidence culprits disappeared from the scene of occurrence. A few years back the deceased with some other accused had murdered Iqbal Warriach UC Murala Nazim over a land dispute and were on bail. Police visited the site and moved dead bodies to THQ Hospital Phalia for autopsy.   Police is busy in investigating the case and tracing out culprits.

Meanwhile six buffalos of a farmer of village Arifwala electrocuted to death when they drank water from a Nullah, electrified with fallen live electric wires.  Owner of buffalos got a case registered with Qadirabad police against GEPCO Line Superintendent and SDO, and further investigation is in progress.
