PM announced commission under CJP on demand of opposition: Musadik

Lahore: Spokesman to the Prime Minister Dr. Musadik Malik Saturday said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has announced to form a judicial commission under the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Supreme Court on the demand of opposition parties.

Talking to PTV, he said the announcement was made by the Prime Minister after consultation with opposition parties. He said, the commission has been made fully authorised to independently investigate the Panama Papers allegations on the Prime Minister and his family.

He said, the Prime Minister has presented himself and his family for any investigations.
The spokesman said that all departments have been directed in written to provide required assistance to the commission.

Musadik Malik said, if Imran Khan or any other person has evidence against the Prime Minister regarding Panama Papers, he may present it before the commission.
