3rd HEC Inter University Women’s Ju-Jitsu Championship begins

Lahore:  3^rd Higher Education Commission Women’s Ju-Jitsu Championship 2015-16 has begun at Punjab University New Gymnasium, New Campus here on Tuesday.

On this occasion Director Sports Mrs Shamsa Hashmi, President Ju-Jitsu Federation of Pakistan Khalil Ahmad Khan, officials and players were present. On first day of Championship there have been five competitions regarding Nawaza System in which PU’s female players have shown outstanding performance and clinched all five competitions.

Seven teams from Punjab University, Iqra University Karachi, Agricultural University Faisalabad, GC University Faisalabad, LCWU, Islamia University Bahawalpure and Imperial Business University Lahore participated in the event. Concluding ceremony of the championship will be held on Wednesday
