Lahore: CIA Sadar gun down two proclaimed offenders in an encounter in Shadiwal Hanjerwal . Both the killed accused Talib and Sadaqat Ali urf Raggu were involved in dozen of cases of robbery and dacoity. Both were proclaimed offenders in FIR 999/15 u/s 395,324,302 PS Islampura, FIR 960/12 u/s 302, 394 PS Shafiqabad. Police claimed that the accused had previous record of about 20 cases.
