Ambassador of Pakistan in Bahrain Javed Malik calls on Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah

Lahore: Ambassador of Pakistan in Bahrain Javed Malik called on Interior Minister of the host country Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and discussed bilateral ties and matters of mutual interests.
In a statement received here Friday, Ambassador Javed Malik said that warm welcome of a Pakistani envoy at the interior ministry of Bahrain manifested the strong bilateral ties.

Both the sides agreed to enhance cooperation between the interior ministries of both the countries for what a joint framework would be devised between the high officials of the interior ministries from both sides.

It was also agreed that Pakistanis and Bahrain nationals holding diplomatic or officials passports would be issued visas on arrival at respective airports.

Ambassador Javed said that Pakistan believed in expanding cooperation and partnership with the Gulf states.
Sheikh Rashid Al Khalifa said that the love for Pakistan and its people was rooted in their hearts.He said that Pakistanis residing in Bahrain and Bahraini nationals of Pakistani origin were playing positive and constructive role in every field of life.
