Moscow : Vladimir Putin will meet with Russian Armed Forces service personnel today on March 17. The meeting will take place in the Grand Kremlin Palace’s St George Hall.
President Putin will present state decorations to service personnel and defence industry specialists who distinguished themselves in the performance of special missions in Syria.
More than 700 soldiers and officers from the Aerospace Forces, Ground Forces, and Navy, as well as defence industry representatives, have been invited to the event.
Earlier the same day, the President will present the banner of the Aerospace Forces, which were formed on August 1, 2015, in a ceremony at the St Alexander Hall.
