Fisheries Department Punjab starts process of recruitment against 43 posts

Lahore: Fisheries Department Punjab has started process of recruitment against 43 posts of Fisheries Research Assistants and Statistical Assistants of BS-11 lying vacant for a long time.

This was disclosed by Director General Fisheries Punjab Dr.Muhammad Ayub while talking to media-men who met him, here today. He told that 633 candidates had submitted applications against three posts of Statistical Assistants and 40 posts of Fisheries Research Assistants.  He said that the process of final selection of candidates fulfilling educational requirements and qualifying written tests is continuing.

DG Fisheries said that transparent procedure and hundred percent merit is being implemented in final selection. He further said that after final selection, the candidates will be posted against vacant posts existing in the offices all over the province.

Dr.Ayub said that after filling the vacant posts, the performance and administrative affairs of Fisheries
Department will  improve and its efficiency enhance substantially.
