District & Session Judge orders to release 113 inmates involved in petty offences

Lahore:  District & Session Judge Nazir Ahmad Gajana along with Judicial Officers Sh Imran & Malik Rehmat Ali visited Central and District Jail Lahore.
They visited different parts of the prison  including juvenile ward, female barrack, kitchen, hospital and different confinement places.
The session Judge order for the release of (113) inmates involved in petty offences. The judge also started the “Afforestation Campaign” at District Jail Lahore. He expressed satisfaction over the facilities available for the rehabilitation of prisoners. No prisoner was allowed to lodge a complaint against prison administration, a staffer revealed to this scriber.
