AD&S Judge Phalia sentenced Murder accused

Mandi Bahauddin: Additional District and Sessions Judge Phalia Abdul Raheem sentenced Muhammad Ikram and Saifullah, the main suspects in murder case to three time death sentence, while one was given life imprisonment and the remaining three accused acquitted on the plea of benefit of doubt.

According to details six accused namely Muhammad Akram, Saifullah, Ehsan Ullah, Muhammad Nawaz and two unknown had shot dead  Dilawar, Abdul Rehman, Rafaqat and injured one after encircling victims Dera in estate of Village Kadhar Garbi in precincts of Qadirabad Police stations. Police registered case against the accused and after investigation challan was submitted to the court for trial.

On learning this gruesome murder incident, The Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif had visited the scene of occurrence and promised to give justice to the grieved family.
