Food department team seals 5 star marriage hall moon market gulshan e ravi

Lahore: A team of food department has sealed 5 star marriage hall moon market gulshan e ravi after finding  leftover  food items placed in abundance for reuse  in  function. The raiding team also noted that  raw and cooked meat placed in same place without segregation  causing physical contamination,poor drainage system and broken floor and improper food handling (food on foot level).

They also found no traceability of meat on the time of inspection,dirty and filthy floor , no hand washing facility and person (food handler) wearing bands and ring during working,no soap for utensils washing.
The  freezer was also broken (food stored in that freezers) and utensils near washroom.
