A delegation of Turk investors calls on Punjab Chief Minister

Lahore: A delegation of Turk investors met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and expressed interest in investment in housing, solid waste management and infrastructure sectors in the province. Talking to the delegation, the Chief Minister said that there are historical, brotherly and friendly relations between Pakistan and Turkey which, under the leadership of the two countries have turned it into useful economic contacts. He said that there are vast opportunities of investment in Punjab and all out facilities will be given to the Turk investors.

The Chief Minister also condemned the terrorists’ attack near Parliament in Ankara and expressed sorrow and grief over the loss of precious human lives. He said that people of Pakistan are standing by their Turk brethren in this hour of grief. Member National Assembly Mehr Ishtiaq Ahmed, Kh. Ahmad Hasaan, DG LDA and concerned officials were also present on this occasion.
